HVAC.Report is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for HVAC, heating and cooling companies. It exists to do one thing differently from most agencies: base marketing decisions on sources a contractor can check, and keep a clear line between what the data says and what we recommend. The brand sits within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies; it is run from Vancouver, British Columbia, under the leadership of Ali Sedighi, MBA.

What we are, and what we are not

The answer first: we market and advise HVAC companies; we do not do HVAC work.

We do not install, repair, service or sell heating and cooling equipment. We do not take on homeowner jobs. Our clients are the contractors, and our work is their marketing: market benchmarks, Google Business Profiles, websites and content, ads and reporting. We are also not engineers, inspectors, lawyers or accountants. When our reports summarise a regulation or a law, such as Canada's anti-spam rules, we link the source and say plainly that it is not legal advice.

The group behind us

HVAC.Report belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.

  • Sedighi.ca is the growth, marketing and technology consultancy Ali Sedighi runs. Its family of brands takes in HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital for heating and cooling firms, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca (the name stands for Strategy & Acceleration Zone) works with Canadian businesses on strategy, AI and revenue growth; Ali Sedighi set it up and leads it as Founder & Managing Partner.

The group's HVAC marketing runs through HVAC.Agency. Its plans, pricing and published case studies are the ones that apply here, as our pricing page explains.

How we work

The answer first: source, analyse, act, then report against what we said.

  1. Source. We load the public data ourselves: Statistics Canada tables, Google's published guidelines and policies, federal and provincial program pages, and our own case-study records. If we cannot load and date a source, we do not use the number.
  2. Analyse. We write down what the data says, and separately what we think it means for your company. Our reports follow the same structure in public.
  3. Act. We build the profile, the pages and the campaigns, starting with the cheapest large gap.
  4. Report. We measure leads and booked jobs against an agreed baseline and say what worked and what did not.

Our editorial rules

These rules apply to every page and report on this site.

Rule In practice
No invented numbers No surveys we did not run, no "industry averages" we cannot source
Dated sources Each report gives the release date or the date we read the page
Labelled analysis Our opinions sit under a heading that says so
Named results only Case studies name the client and link the live site
No promised outcomes We report results; we do not promise rankings or leads

Working with us

We meet by video call or in person and work by phone, text and email, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific, and we usually reply within one business day. Every new client starts with HVAC.Agency's 7-day free trial, which includes a marketing audit, website check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card and no lock-in. See the contact page for what to include in your first message, or the results page for what our methods have produced.

In one line: HVAC.Report markets and advises Canadian heating and cooling businesses, and never does the installs or repairs itself.
